Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Janitorial Services At The Cda Head Office For Cy 2025 With Project Id No. Cda-goods-2024-07 1. The Cooperative Development Authority (cda) Head Office, Through The Approved National Expenditure Program Fy 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (p2,720,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under Contract For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services At The Cda Head Office For Cy 2025. For The Purpose Of Early Procurement Authorized Under Section 7.6 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, The Proposed Budget Under The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program Shall Be Used As Basis. Further, Consistent With The Requirement In The Same Section 7.6, No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act. The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Corresponding Appropriations For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cda Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Eligible And Interested Bidders For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Services Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of The Eligible Bidder Is Contained In Section Ii Of The Bidding Documents, Instruction To Bidders (ib). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Republic Act 5183. 4.
