This should produce a set of recommendations to share with the industry. Ccw can assist by liaising with companies to obtain information about their approach to triangulation where these are not publically available. A number of interviews with company research managers and ofwat should also be carried out to understand the advantages and limitations in the use of triangulation at the last price review. Icf produced a set of principles and a triangulation framework for ccw as part of a review in 2017 . These will need to be updated or replaced, depending on the results of the good practice review. The main output from this work will be a report that should cover: - how different companies used triangulation at pr19 to arrive at their business planning decisions - this should look to identify why some companies did well and others struggled
