The Scope Of Work For This Project Is To Remove And Replace The Existing Modified Bitumen, Bur And Epdm Roofing Of The Roof Areas 6, 8 And 9 At The Elgin Middlesex Detention In London, On, As Recommended By The 2017 Roof Study (pmis Id:1048134). The Roof Areas Named As 6, 8 And 9 For This Project Correspond To The Areas N2.1, W1.1, W1.0 & W2.0 Of The 2017 Roof Study (attached) And Are Highlighted On The Image Below. The Approximately Area Of Scope Of Work For This Project Is 22,700 Sf. Prime Consultant To Produce Tender Drawings For The Proposed Solution. The Scope Includes The Following: • investigate The Source Of Water Leak On Roof Areas 6 (n2.1 – North Lower Roof), 8 (w1.0 And W1.1 – West Lower Roof), And Perform Localized Repair By Replacing Wet Roof Area With New. • replace Roof Assembly With New (r30) And Install Tapered Insulation To Provide Sufficient Slope On Roof Area 6 (n2.1 – North Lower Roof) And Areas 8 And 9 (w1.0, W1.1 And W2.0 – West Lower Roof). • install Fluid Applied Roof System As Per Manufacturer’s Recommendation, And Localized Roof Replacement For Roof Area 6 (n2.1 – North Lower Roof) And Areas 8 And 9 (w1.0, W1.1 And W2.0 – West Lower Roof). Prime Consultant To Verify On-site The Existing Roofing System To Ensure Consistency With The New Design. Given The Facility's Varying Elevations And Roofing Types, The New System Must Align With Existing Structures For Uniformity And Seamless Integration. Upon Onboarding, The Consultant Will Verify On-site The Exact Location Of The Roof Areas Involved In This Project, As Many Sections Of The Facility's Roof Have Already Been Completed In The Past By Other Projects. All Work Should Meet Appropriate Codes, Standards, And Io Guidelines. Out Of Scope: • remove And Replace The Existing Corrugated Metal Cladding Installed On The Roof Perimeter Of Roof Area 6 (north Lower Roof). • remove And Replace The Existing Corrugated Metal Cladding Installed On The Roof Perimeter Of Roof Areas 8 And 9 (west Lower Roof).

Colliers Project Leaders Is Seeking Prime Consultant To Complete The Study At Ottawa Carleton Detention Centre. The Project Is To Take Place At Administration Building- Ottawa Carleton Detention Center, Ottawa. The Building (b17875) Has A Total Estimated Area Of Approximately 16,306 Sf. • The Intent Of This Study Is To Carry Out A Hw Distribution System (heating) Study At The Administration Building At Ottawa-carleton Detention Centre In Ottawa, On. • The Study Is To Provide A Detailed Analysis Of The Current State Of The Hot Water Distribution System Including The Piping, Perimeter Rads, Unit Heaters And All Its Related Equipment/components, Its Condition, And Recommend Optimal Mitigation Strategy (repair Or Renewal) Options That Will Align With The 10-year Capital Plan. • Investigation To Include A Review Of All Components Including, But Not Limited To, Valves, Couplings, Unions, Safety Reliefs, Pumps, Chemical Feed Station, And Associated Insulation And Pipe Work. • Test Results Shall Define The Condition Of All Pipes, Perimeter Rads And Unit Heaters Based On % Degradation, Test Pressure Points Strategically Throughout The Building To Ensure Adequate Pressure Is Provided, And Identify Locations Where Deficiencies Are Found. • Calculate The Flow Rates For Each Of The Pumps That Are In Operation At The Time Of The Study, Compare Them With The Design Flow Rates And Make Recommendations Accordingly. Provide The Calculations In The Report. • Project Specific Dss Is Required, And Cash Allowance Has Been Provided. • Consultant To Recommend Destructive Testing Plan Of Approach After Visual Inspection. The Plan Of Approach Is Expected To Show Locations Where Each Instrusive/destructive Test Is Being Recommended. Locations Must Come With An Explanation To Validate Chosen Points. • Destructive Testing To Take Place Only After The Approval Of The Consultants Proposed Plan Of Approach By Solgen And Io. The Consultant Is To Carry Out Ultrasonic Testing To Determine The Condition And Integrity Of The Piping System. A Total Of 2 Locations Are To Be Tested Using Ultrasonic Testing Methodologies In Addition To Visual Test And Ultrasonic Testing, The Consultant Shall Provide Destructive Testing (cut Test) For Up To Two (2) Points Along The Piping In The System, To Determine The Condition And Integrity Of The Piping System. Cleanup And Restoration Are Required On Any Damaged Wall/floor Sections, Upon Completion Of All Destructive Testing. Cash Allowance Has Been Provided For The Intrusive Testing Work If Required. Consultant Is Required To Fill Out The Recommendation Needs Template (rnt) And Submit With Each Draft Report Submission. • All Recommendations And Options Will Give Reference To The Latest Ontario Building Code, , And Any Other Applicable Codes. • When The Study Has Been Completed It Must Be Emailed To Iostudies@bgis.com • Ops And Crjmc Security Clearances Are Required

The Rft Will Be Awarded To One General Contractor For Both Projects. Separate Po’s Will Be Issued For Each Project. The Bid Documents Will Be Issued To Contractors For Both Projects Combined. This Project Includes The Labour And Installation Of The Labour And Material Of Equipment That Is Not Capitalized. 1095765 Emdc Kitchen Reno Ffe (273453): The Scope Of Work Is For The Ffe Portion Of The Kitchen Renovation Including The Following: Supply, Installation And Commencement Of New Kitchen Equipment As Specified In Tender Document Including But Not Limited To: Four (4) New Walk-in Refrigerators And One (1) New Walk-in Freezer Complete, Compressors And Refrigeration System, Dishwashing Machine, Washing Sinks And Drying Racks, Mobile Rethem Carts, Work/set-up Tables, Baking Racks And Pans, Delivery Carts, Storage Racks, Beverage Containers And White Bins. Remove Existing Security Devices In The Area Of Work And Return To The Facility. Upgrade Of Security Systems Including New Duress Buttons And New Security Cameras To Provide Adequate Cctv Coverage Throughout The Kitchen Area As Well As Fridges And Freezer.
