The City Government Of Zamboanga, Through The Sb#1 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Seven Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (p3,749,760.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Welfare Goods Expenses For Pr No. 100-24-10-2722. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Zamboanga Now Invites Bids For The 6,696 Sacks Rice, Commercial 10 Kilos Per Sack. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within A Period Of Five (05) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, With A Value Of At Least (50%) Of The Abc And To Meet Other Eligibility Requirements Stated In The Eligibility Documents. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
