Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Negros Occidental City Of Victorias Bids And Awards Committee Reference No: Vict-eps24-020 (ep) Invitation To Bid Hiring Of Security Services For The Safety And Protecion Of Victorias City Hall Building & Administrative Building, Victorias City Hotel, Victorias City Motorpool Building, City Health Office And Cswd For The Period Of Twelve (12) Months From January To December 31,2024 The City Of Victorias, In Compliance With R.a . 9184 Early Procurement Activity For Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of P 3,600,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Hiring Of Security Services For The Safety And Protecion Of Victorias City Hall Building & Administrative Building, Victorias City Hotel, Victorias City Motorpool Building, City Health Office And Cswd For The Period Of Twelve (12) Months From January To Decmeber 31,2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The City Of Victorias Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Goods On The Said Contract. Completion On The Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 10 Calendar Days (relevant Period). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non – Discretionary Pass / Fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
