School Source Of Fund: Special Education Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 For C.y. 2024 Abc: 1,800,000.00 The Bac Will Conduct The Procurement Process In Accordance With The Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184. Bids In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bid. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/ Fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act" To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Submit A Letter Of Intent (loi), Purchase Bid Documents And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria: (a.)
