Description Barangay Bagumbayan Through Its Bid And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Contractors To Bid For The Above-mentioned Project With The Sum Of One Million Pesos Only (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Public Address With Accessories. 1. Prospective Bidders Should Have Undertaken A Similar Project Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Bidding And Accredited. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Process Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria As Specified In Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). 3. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders From The Given Address And Email Above. 4.
