The City Government Of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Through The Appropriation Ordinance Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand And Six Hundred Pesos (₱1,890,600.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For: Purchase Of Medicines To Be Used At Nutrition Unit, Aids/stis, And Viral Hepatitis Prevention And Control Program And For The Treatment Of Tuberculosis (bp-24-10-0126) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3.
