The City Government Of San Fernando, La Union, Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Eight Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos And Twenty Nine Centavos (p 4,883,669.29) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction And Installation Of Solar Water Pump With Water Treatment Facility And Distribution Line, Barangay Masicong (project Identification Number Pb-24-106). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of San Fernando, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Ninety Five (95) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
