The City Government Of Panabo, Through The Aip C.y. 2024 – Lsb 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Pesos (php 3,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of 1 Storey 2 Classroom School Building With Comfort Room, Cabili Es, Brgy. Quezon, Panabo City With Project Identification No. 6ed2024-12. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Panabo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required In 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184). 4.
