Description Courier Services • Provide Nationwide And International Coverage For Its Services, Including Daily Pick-up Of Documents, Plates, And Other Printed Materials From The Business Permits And Licensing Department (bpld) Of The City Of Mandaluyong, Particularly At 4:00pm During Workdays Or Upon Prior Scheduled Date And Time, Including Weekends, As Requested By The Bpld, Subject To Renewal After The Expiry Of The Agreement. • Provide The Needed Supplies, Materials, And Logistical Assistance, Including Pouches, Envelopes, And Other Consumables, For The Packaging Of Documents, Plates, And Other Printed Matters. • Deliver To The Addressee’s Business Address, As Designated And Directed By The Bpld And Through Its Conventional Modes Of Delivery, I.e., Through Delivery Van, Motorcycle, And Other Sanctioned Modes Of Delivery, All The Necessary Documents, Plates, And Other Printed Matters Within Three (3) Working Days From The Date Of Pick-up From The Bpld. • Weighing Of Documents, Preparation Of Airway Bills, Including Relevant Proof Of Delivery And Their Respective Tracking Numbers, And Insertion, Packing, And Sealing Of Documents, Plates, And Other Printed Materials Inside The Applicable Packages. • Issue A Statement Of Account (soa) On A Monthly Basis For The Payment Of The Services Rendered. • Accomplish And Transmit To The Bpld The Necessary Reportorial Documents On A Weekly Basis, Evidencing The Delivery To The Corresponding Addressee/s And Indicating A Designated Tracking Number, Weight, Date Of Receipt, Delivery Charge, The Receiving Party, Their Relationship To The Addressee, And Signatures, And Other Relevant Information. In The Absence Of The Addressee, Parcels Shall Only Be Given To A Person Residing In The Same Address Who Is Of Legal Age And Discretion. • Designate A Web-based Tracking Facility For The Disposal Of The Bpld. • Inform The Bpld, Thru Email Or Telephone Call Of Undelivered Parcels Within Twenty-four (24) Hours After Three (3) Consecutive Unsuccessful Daily Delivery Attempts And Return The Undelivered Parcel Within Five (5) Working Days From Last Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt. • Ensure The Protection Of All Documents/mails/parcels Received From Loss, Damage, Or Destruction From The Time Of Pick-up From Bpld Until The Same Are Delivered To Intended Addressees. • Guarantee An Uninterrupted Service, Except For Fortuitous Events And Acts Of Nature. • Observe Strict Confidentiality And Shall Not Disclose Information Or Materials Which Comes Into Its Possession And Shall Not Use The Same In Any Manner Or Purpose.
