The City Government Of Lipa, Through Cy 2025 Annual Appropriation- 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (p4,650,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Installation Of Streetlights At Brgy. Banay-banay To Pangao (bulate Avenue), Lipa City, With Project Identification Number-2024-12-2072. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Lipa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty Days (180) Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
