The Barangay 19 Cabangan, Through The Barangay Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos & 90/100 (php 53,788.90) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Of The Materials For The Fabrication Of Push Cart And Eco Cart W/ Bicycle Reference No. 11536497 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay 19 Cabangan Now Invites Bids To Furnish The Fabrication Of Push Cart And Eco Cart W/ Bicycle Delivery Of The Materials Is Required 15 Days Upon Issuance Of The Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 15 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion, As Specified In The 2016, Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
