To Support Our Vision Of An Inclusive, Connected, Prosperous City, The Corporation Of The City Of Guelph Is Inviting Proposals From Qualified Third Parties To Broadly Review Our Existing Development Approvals Processes And The Systems We Use To Support Them From A People, Process, And Technology Perspective To Identify Opportunities For Improvement. Based On The Information Obtained From The Review, The Proponent Will Make Recommendations And Identify Opportunities To Streamline Processes, Enhance Reporting Capability, And Improve The Customer Experience Through The Expansion Of Digital Services And Improved Use Of Technology. The Project Will Result In A Technology Roadmap And Rfp For A Consultant To Lead The Implementation Of The Roadmap To Create End-to-end Development Approval Processes That Are Innovative, Efficient, Customer-focused, Transparent, And Consistent For All Potential Development The City Of Guelph.
