City Of Guelph Tender

The City Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Proponents To Provide The Following: Play Equipment Services Including The Design, Supply And Installation Of Playground Equipment For Various Parks.  The City Is Seeking Proposals From Responsible Proponents That Have The Necessary Qualifications And Experience To Provide The Services Sought.  It Is The City’s Intention To Contract With The Successful Proponent For Design Services For Multiple Years.  The First Term Of The Agreement Is Intended To Commence Upon Tender Award And Will End April 30th, 2025 (the “initial Term”).  The Agreement May Be Renewed At The Sole Discretion Of The City For Up To Four (4) Additional One (1) Year Terms (each A “renewal Term”) To April 30th, 2029. The Successful Proponent Will Be Indicated As The Play Equipment Supplier And Installer In The Future Park Construction Tender Documents. The Successful Proponent’s Information And Documents Will Be Provided To The Future Tender’s Successful General Contractor And The General Contractor Will Take Full Responsibility For All Aspects Of The Contract Awarded As If They Obtained The Pricing Themselves.
