The City Government Of Butuan, Through The Appropriations/funds/allotments Under City Engineering Department-special Purpose Appropriations: Development Projects Through Sp Ordinance No. 7083-2024 (supplemental Budget No. 1-2024 And City Mayor’s Office-special Purpose Appropriation: Peace And Order Support Service Through Sp Ordinance No. 6451-2021 (supplemental Budget No.8-2021) And Budget Memorandum No. 03 Dated April 27, 2023 Pursuant To Section 336 And Section 475 (b) (1) Of Ra 7160 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (php 5,365,960.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For: No. Procurement Title Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Construction Of Kalayaan Hall (completion), Php 1,960,000.00 2 Renovation/repair Of Pedestrian Overpass (completion), Php 660,000.00 3 Renovation Of 402nd Brigade Multi-purpose Building (completion Php 2,745,960.00 Total Php 5,365,960.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Butuan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From City Government Of Butuan – City Procurement Management Department And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From Mondays To Fridays At 8:00 A.m.to 5:00p.m. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On March 22, 2024 From Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Ten Thousand Pesos (php 10,000.00).the Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees Presented In Person. 6.
