The City Of Burnaby (“city”) Invites Proposals From Professional, Qualified And Experienced Firms To Provide Progressive Design Build Services For The Redevelopment Of The Mountain Air Bike Skills Course. In Order To Assist The Owner, The City Of Burnaby, Through The Various Phases Of The Mountain Air Bike Skills Course Redevelopment Project (“project”), As Identified In This Rfp, The Design-builder Will Bring Knowledge And Expertise Related To Mountain Bike Trails And Course Construction Along With General Contracting Experience Coordinating Large Scale Earthworks And Civil Construction Projects. Electronic Submissions Only, Shall Be Received By The On-line Bidding System. hardcopy Submissions Not Permitted. Proponents Are Cautioned That The Timing Of Their Submission Is Based On When The Proposal Is Received By The On-line Bidding System, Not When A Proposal Is Submitted, As Transmission Can Be Delayed Due To File Transfer Size, Transmission Speed, Etc.  For The Above Reasons, It Is Recommended That Sufficient Time Is Given To Complete Your Submission And To Resolve Any Issues That May Arise. The Closing Time And Date Shall Be Determined By The On-line Bidding System’s Web Clock. Late Submissions Are Not Permitted By The On-line Bidding System. Proposals Will Not Be Opened In Public.
