Description Invitation To Bid Proposed Rehabilitation Of M. Roxas 1 Production Well 1. The Baguio Water District (bwd), Through The Bwd 2024 Corporate Operating Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Pesos And Thirty-nine Centavos (php8,950,512.39) Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payments Under The Contract Proposed Rehabilitation Of M. Roxas Production Well. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Baguio Water District, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Proposed Rehabilitation Of M. Roxas 1 Production Well. The Contract Duration Is Ninety-six (96) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To This Bidding. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In Volume 1 Of The Bidding Documents Particularly, In Section I (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. (ra) 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184. 4.
