The City Is Seeking A Contractor To Replace End Of Life Water Meters With New Water Meters Provided By The City. The Contractor Will Handle All Aspects Of The Work, Including Scheduling And Coordinating With Residents, Performing Removal And Installations According To Industry Standards, And Providing Daily Work Orders And Weekly Progress Updates To The City’s Utility Administration Team. Services Must Be Available Six Days A Week, Including Evenings And Saturdays On Weekends To Accommodate Various Schedules Of Residents. The City Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With The Successful Proponent For A Term Of 3 Years, Which Is The Expected Timeframe To Complete The Meter Replacements, Pending Annual Budget Approvals And Supply Of Water Meters. The City Reserves The Option To Extend The Agreement For An Additional Timeframe Of Up To 2 Years In 1-year Increments At The City’s Sole Discretion In The Event Further Work Is Identified.
