The City Government Of Surigao Through The Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php2,500,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase & Delivery Of Const. Materials & Supplies For Use In Light Up A Park, Surigao City ( Itb No. 2024-goods-051). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Surigao Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed Or Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
