Description Invitation To Bid/request For Quotation (procurement Of Goods – Alternative Method Of Procurement) The City Government Of Puerto Princesa (cgpp) Invites All Legitimate And Interested Suppliers/traders To Quote For The Following Purchase Requests (prs), Particulars Detailed Below, Funded Through The Cgpp’s Annual Budget For 2023/special Account/trust Fund, To Wit: 300-2024 09-103 738,704.90 Cmo – Ctmo Supply And Delivery Of No Right Turn On Red Signal, 200mm 3 Aspect Arrow, 300mm 3 Aspect Arrow, Etc. The Abc Shall Be The Upper Limit Or Ceiling For The Acceptable Bid/quoted Prices. If A Bid/quoted Price, As Evaluated And Calculated In Accordance With The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184 [government Procurement Reform Act], Is Higher Than The Abc, The 59bidder Submitting The Same Shall Be Automatically Disqualified. There Shall Be No Lower Limit Or Floor On The Amount Of The Award. All Bids/quotations Must Be Complete. Partial Bids/quotations Shall Be Considered Non-responsive And, Thus, Automatically Disqualified.
