The Cgpp – Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement. Delivery Of The Good/services Required For Item Nos. 1& 6, 90cd, Item Nos. 2& 5, 30 Cd, Item No. 3, 120 Cd And Item Nos. 4&7, 60cd. . Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of The Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Procurement Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. In This Regard, Where A Required Item Is Provided, But No Price Is Indicated, The Same Shall Be Considered As Non-responsive, But Specifying A “0” (zero) For The Said Item Would Mean That It Is Being Offered For Free To The Cgpp. 11. The Cgpp Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Section 35.6 And 41 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of R.a.
