The City Government Of Pasay, Through The General Fund – Supplemental Budget No. 3 Cy2024 As Per Ordinance No. 6348, S-2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ninety One Million Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Two Pesos & 08/100 (php 91,599,202.08), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Lot Various School Supplies For Distribution To Learners (pupils And Students) Of Elementary, Secondary And Special Schools – Department Of Education (deped) Pasay City Division, Pasay City For Sy2024-2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Pasay, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Expected Completion Of Delivery For The Said Project Is Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
