Description 1.the City Government Of Isabela, Through The 20% Development Fund Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Four Pesos And One Centavos (php3,545,704.01) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Barangay Hall At Barangay Kumalarang, Isabela City, Basilan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Isabela Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Barangay Hall At Barangay Kumalarang, Isabela City, Basilan. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
