Compliance To The Submitted Itinerary Of Travel/ Schedule By The End-user (may Vary And Subject To Change By The End-user) 5. External Service Provider Must Coordinate With The End-user (vice Versa) At Least Three (3) Days Prior To The Conduct Of The Activity For Finalization And For Any Instructions 6. Well Cleaned/ Refreshed/ Sanitized Vehicle Unit For Use Per Activity 7. External Service Provider/ Supplier Must Submit Statement Of Account (soa)/ Charge Invoice To End-user/ Activity Secretariat Within Three (3) Days After The Conduct Of The Activity
