Description Invitation To Bid Ib No: 2021-02-15 (03) Procurement Of Medical Oxygen Adapter 1. The Caraga Regional Hospital (crh), Through The General Appropriation Act / Hospital Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,914,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Procurement Of Medical Oxygen Adapter. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Crh Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Above-captioned Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Dated Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To: A) At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts, And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc As Required Above. B) The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc As Required Above. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
