Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement For Two (2) Infrastructure Project Of Capsu Pontevedra Campus Ib No. 2024-11-0068 1. The Capiz State University, Through The Internally Generated Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of • Project 1 – Repair Of Roofings And Ceilings, Repainting Of The Administration And Various Building Of Capsu Pontevedra Campus (php 900,000.00) • Project 2 – Installation Of Window Glass At The Administration Building Of Capsu Pontevedra Campus (php 200,000.00) Total: Php 1,100,000.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement For Two (2) Infrastructure Project Of Capsu Pontevedra Campus. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Note: • Submission Of Bid Is By Project. 1 Original Copy And 2 Certified Copies Each Project. 2. The Capiz State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 60 Calendar Days For Project 1 And 30 Calendar Days For Project 2. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
