Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement For Three (3) Construction Project Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus Ib No. 2024-11-0066 1. The Capiz State University, Through The Internally Generated Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of • Project 1 – Restoration/rehabilitation Of Gabaldon Building Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus (php 1,700,000.00) • Project 2 – Installation Of Inside Gutter Catch Basin Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus (php 490,000.00) • Project 3 – Conversion Of Pice Bldg. Ground Floor Classrooms Into Office Of The Dean Of The College Of Engineering, Architecture And Technology Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus (php 422,000.00) Total: Php 2,612,000.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement For Three (3) Construction Project Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Note: • Submission Of Bid Is By Project. 1 Original Copy And 2 Certified Copies Each Project. 2. The Capiz State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 98 Calendar Days For Project 1, 30 Calendar Days For Project 2 And 49 Calendar Days For Project 3. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
