The Works To Be Constructed Under This Contract Generally Include, But Is Not Limited To, The Following: Supply Of All Materials And Labor In Order To Fully Complete The Replacement Of The Dehumidifier At Panorama Recreation Centre.  A Notice Of Intent Has Been Provided To Engineered Air For The Purchase Of The Dehumidifier Unit In Order To Begin Production And Expedite Its Delivery. A Submittal Package From Engineered Air Has Been Provided In “appendix C”. All Proponents Are To Include The Supply Of The Dehumidifier As Part Of The Scope Of Their Bids. The Winning Proponent Is Responsible For Procuring The Specified Dehumidifier From Engineered Air Directly. An Early Progress Draw To Cover The Cost Of The Dehumidifier Unit Will Be Accepted By The Owner In Order To Not Affect The Delivery Of The Unit. It Is Expected That The Unit’s Production Will Be Completed By The End Of June 2024.
