To Immediately Report To The School Administration Any Untoward Incident Or Malicious Actions Of Students Or Any Person. Prepare Rooms And Functional Halls Whenever Necessary Approved Budget For The Contract: P 795,000.00 (4 Janitors @ P 16,538.63 Per Month With Six (6) Days Of Work Per Week For 12 Months) Contract Duration : Yearly Renewable Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking Janitorial Services Within The Last Two (2) Year With An Amount Of At Least 50% Of The Proposed Project For Bidding And Have Key Personnel And Equipment Available For The Project. Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria. Post–qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation Of Bids, Post Qualification And Award Contract Shall Be Governed By The Pertinent Provision Of Ra 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr), But The Scheduled Dates Of Each Activity, In Relation To The Conduct Of This Bidding Process, Shall Be Determined By The School (csnhs) Due To The Exigency Of The Need For Such Janitorial Services.
