Das System Ist Über Drei Knoten Verteilt Am Campus Installiert Und Stellt Neben Der Telefonie (analog, Digital, Dect Und Ip) Zusätzliche Services Wie Beispielsweise Alarmserver, Voicemail- Und Faxserver, Cti-server, Call Center, Vermittlungsplätze Und Weitere Services Bereit. Die Leistungen Umfassen Die Bereitstellung Der Services Rund Um Die Uhr, 365 Tage Im Jahr (24x7). Neben Der Störungsbehebung (incident) Sind „moves, Adds And Changes“ (mac) Auf Abruf Sicherzustellen. Hierfür Ist Ein Ausreichend Dimensioniertes Stundenkontingent Berücksichtigt. Die Erbringung Der Vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen Muss Spätestens Am 01.07.2025 Vollumfänglich Durch Den An Übernommen Werden Und Somit Sichergestellt Sein. Die Ausgeschriebenen Serviceleistungen Sind Am Standort Des Auftraggebers In Frankfurt Am Main Sowie Allen Am Zentralen Telekommunikationssystem Angebundenen Systemstandorte Zu Erbringen.
