The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, Through The Gaa /igi Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Twenty Thousand Pesos (1,020,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Transport Ventilator Tubings.
