The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (php 1,852,920.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Epa For The “supply, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Dental Equipment And Instruments For Bucas Center.” Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
