The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-three Million Eight Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos (23,878,530.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Supply And Delivery Of Laboratory Supplies And Reagents (re-bid). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cvmc- Bac Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Above-captioned Project.
