Hospitals And Health Units Are On The Front Line Of The Battle To Detect, Manage And Control Antimicrobial Resistance (ram) Between Patients And The Clinical Environment. Although investment in the development of new antibiotics is crucial, another important area where innovation is needed is the early detection, management, and control of AMR. Radar Intends To Respond To This Urgent Need For Early Detection And Efficient Control Systems Of Ram Infection, Through A Public Innovation Procurement (cpi). The Four Buyers From The Healthcare Sector Have Detected An Unmet Need For Early Detection Of Multi-Resistant Microorganisms (mdro) And For Antimicrobial Resistance Management And Control Systems To Combat This Serious And Growing Global Problem. Procurement Will Be Carried Out In Collaboration Between Them, And Gip Resah Will Act As Lead Buyer. The Radar Ppi Buyers Group Is Composed By: - Gip Resah (France) - Institut Català D'oncologia (Spain) - Basque Health Service Osakidetza (Spain) - Universitá Degli Studi Di Napoli Federico Ii, Department of Public Health (Italy) ). These Buyers Will Launch Coordinated Tenders For The Acquisition Of Innovative Solutions To Address This Challenge In The Third Quarter Of 2023 And An Open Consultation Period Will Be Proceeded To The Market, Divided Into Two Phases. Based on the conclusions of the second phase, a possible third phase of market consultation will be opened to hold bilateral meetings between public buyers and economic agents. In this case, the Interested Parties, Market Agents and Innovation Agents will be invited to hold Bilateral Meetings with Public Buyers after the Open Consultation Acts to the Market.
