The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Enforcing State And Local Laws Within The Nelson Reservoir, Dikes, And Recreation Complex On Lands Immediately Surrounding The Nelson Reservoir Area. This Contract Will Require The Contractor To Perform Increased Law Enforcement Services At Nelson Reservoir Area During Periods Of High Recreational Use.nelson Reservoir Is Approximately 17 Miles East And 2 Miles North Of Malta, Montana. Reclamation Has The Authority To Establish Contracts With Local Law Enforcement Agencies To Enforce State And Local Regulations As Appropriate. Reclamation Has Found The Phillips County Sheriff's Department To Be The Only Source With Full Arrest Authority In Phillips County, Montana, To Successfully Complete The Required Security And Surveillance Services And Meet The Requirements Of Reclamation's Threat Condition Protection Measures.reclamation Anticipates Request For Quote (rfq) No. 140r6024q0083 For This Requirement Will Be Issued To The System For Award Management (sam) Website On Or Around August 1, 2024, As A Sole Source Requirement. Proposals Will Be Due Approximately 15 Calendar Days After The Solicitation Is Issued. The Resulting Contract Will Be For A 12-month Base Period And Include Four Additional 12-month Option Periods.
