Mobilization Subject : Terms Of Referrence Project : Landscaping Of Pqs Ground Location : Port Of Iligan, Iligan City Owner : Bpi – Pqs - Iligan Duration : 15 Calendar Day I. General Requirements The Work Specified By This Section Includes Landscaping Of Pqs Ground Safety Provisions, Bonds And Insurance’s And Utilities Site Adapt. The Contractor Shall Have The Sole Responsibility Of Bringing The Manpower And Equipment/tools To The Job Site Needed In The Efficient And Satisfactory Performance Of The Subject Project. Likewise, It Shall Be Responsibility Of The Contractor To Move Out His Men And Equipment/tools Upon Completion Of The Project. Ii. Area Preparation This Section Includes Clearing Of And Addition Of Garden Soil To Existing Concrete Planters. Clearing Of Front Lawn And Addition Of Garden Soil To Existing Concrete Planters Iii. Landscaping Works And Fountain Installation A. Bedding In Of Plants As Per Site Lay Out 1. Bedding In Shall Be 18 Inches To 20 Inches Apart Depending On The Plant’s Max Growth Potential 2. Bedding In Of Plants Around The Focal Fountain Shall Be Done As Needed B. Fountain Installation 1. Preparation Of Underground Water Cistern 2. Installation Of Rocks And Stones Surrounding The Fountain 3. Installation Of Electrical Connections 4. Installation Of One Set 3 Tier Basin Stone Fountain X. Clean Up The Contactor Shall Adapt A Clean As You Go Policy To Minimize Dust And Other Irritants During The Project Duration. Final Clean Up And Arrangement Of Furniture And Fixtures Shall Be Done After Completion Of Construction Works.
