The Bureau Of Plant Industry (bpi), Through The Pss-rice-seed Reserve (certified Seed), Pss-rice-seed Reserve (rs) And Pss-rice-seed (hybrid) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (php3,440,000.00) For Lot No. 1: (pr No.: 0438-24bac); Two Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php2,550,000.00) For Lot No. 2: (pr No.: 0439-24bac; Two Million Three Hundred Forty-three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php2,343,600.00) For Lot No. 3: (pr No.: 0545-24bac) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Three (3) Lots Of Rice Seeds With Itb Pr No. 0438,0439,0545-24bac. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening 2. The Bpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years (from Cy 2022 To Present) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Contract Or An Aggregate Of Utmost Three Contracts Similar To The Project To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc.
