Rawlins Campground Vault Pumpingthe Intention Of This Solicitation Is To Obtain Vault Pumping Services For The Rawlins Field Office Recreation Sites For 1 Base Year With 4 Option Years According To These Specifications. -contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Supplies, Supervision, Materials, Equipment, Mileage, And Transportation Necessary To Provide Cleaning And Pumping Of Vault Type Toilets And Dispose Of The Waste In A Designated Disposal Area Off Government Property As Per Pumping Procedures And Disposal Procedures In Accordance With These Specifications And All State And Local Law. A Full Time Employee Of The Prime Contractor Must Be Onsite During The Vault Pumping Operation Every Time At Each Site.
