The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Regional Office Iii (bjmpro-iii), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of The Republic Of The Philippines (ra 10633) Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Forty- One Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Pesos (p1,049,800.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contractor The Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Lot Of Various Rehab Supplies Bjmpro-iii-57-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bjmpro-iii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Five (5) Days After The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years, From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
