Description November 20, 2024 Invitation To Bid For P.b. No. 2025-28 (goods) Re-bidding Procurement Of Toner/ink Cartridges For Hp Laserjet Printers For Cy 2025 1. The Bureau Of Internal Revenue – National Office (bir-no), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Seventy-three Thousand One Hundred Pesos (php 1,573,100.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For P.b. No. 2025-28 (goods) Re-bidding – Procurement Of Toner/ink Cartridges For Hp Laserjet Printers For Cy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bir-no Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Schedule Is As Follows: 1st Delivery Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) 2nd Delivery On Or Before March 17, 2025 3rd Delivery On Or Before May 15, 2025 4th Delivery On Or Before July 15, 2025 5th Delivery On Or Before September 15, 2025 6th Delivery On Or Before November 14, 2025 Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
