Description The Bureau Of Customs (boc), Through Its Port Of Zamboanga, Will Undertake Procurement Thru Small Value Procurement For The Preventive Maintenance Of Two (2) Units Vehicle, In Accordance With The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. The Details Of The Project Are As Follows: Name Of Project : Repairs And Maintenance Of Two(2) Units Vehicle And Supply & Delivery Of One (1) Battery Location : Boc Port Of Zamboanga Approved Budget For The Contract: Php 31,896.66 Thirty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-six And Sixty-six Centavos ( Tax Inclusive) Brief Description: 2 Units Vehicle - Repair And Maintenance Of Two (2) Units Vehicles 1 Battery - Supply & Delivery Of One (1) Battery Interested Bidders Are Required To Submit Their Valid And Current Mayor’s Permit And Philgeps Registration Certificate, And Duly Signed Price Quotation Form (annex “a”). Submission Of Quotation And Eligibility Documents Is On Or Before November 25, 2024, 11:00 A.m. At The Customer Care Center, Boc, Port Area, Zamboanga City. Award Of Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation, Which Complies With The Minimum Description As Stated Above And Other Terms And Conditions Stated In The Price Quotation Form. Any Interlineations, Erasures Or Overwriting Shall Be Valid Only If They Are Signed Or Initialed By The Bidder Or His/her Duly Authorized Representative/s.
