The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works in the last seven years. The similar works should include:
- Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work.
- Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work.
- One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work.
The substantially completed work means those works which are 90% completed on the date of submission and continuing satisfactorily. The bidder should have a Graduate Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 2 years of experience or a Diploma Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The percentage of completion for substantially completed works is 90%.
