Shall Start On April 2024 And Shall End Upon The Completion Of The Required Volume. Inclusion: A. Supply And Deliver Purified Drinking Water In A Properly And Sealed Bubble Container. B. Provide Brand New Hot And Cold Water Dispenser (27 Units). C. Provide Brand New Color Green Bottles. D. Conduct Quarterly Cleaning/maintenance Of The Water Dispenser. E. Delivery Personnel Must Be In Proper Attire. F. Provide A Copy Of The Monthly Result Of The Bacteriology Examination And Hpt Conducted By The Doh Or Any Authorized/accredited Laboratory For The Delivered Water. G. Provide A Replacement Unit For The Defective Dispenser Must Be Within 24 Hours. H. Upon Request Of The University, Provide Additional Water Supply And Dispenser On Same Terms And Conditions Of The Contract.
