Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Barangay Paradise, Diplahan Zamboanga Sibugay Now Invites Bids Concreting Of Barangay Local Road. 3.delivery Of The Goods Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
