Description Maintenance Of Water System 1. The Barangay Talayong, Lazi, Siquijor Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (php 60,000.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Goods For The Project For The Maintenance Of Water System With The Following Details. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Barangay Talayong Now Invites Bids For The Above-stated Projects. Completion Of Works Is Required Upon Receipt Of The Approved Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Projects. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
