Cruz, Concepcion, Tarlac Upon Payment Of Non-refundable Fee Based On Resolution No. 4-2012 Of Government Procurement Policy Board Per Set. Deadline For Submission, Receipt And Opening Of Bids Shall Be On April 16, 2024 At 10:00 Am At The Barangay Sta. Cruz, Concepcion, Tarlac. If The Date Falls On A Non-working Day, The Deadline For Submission Shall Be Moved To The Next Working Day Immediately Following Said Date. Late Submission And/or Incomplete Application Shall Not Be Accepted. All Particulars Relative To The Eligibility, Bidding, Evaluation Of Bids And Award Of Contract Shall Be Governed By The Implementing Rules And Regulations-a Of Republic Act – 9184. Barangay Sta. Cruz Reserves The Right To Reject Any Application For Eligibility Or All Bids Without Offering Any Reasons, Waive Any Required Formality Therein, And To Make An Award To The Bidder Whose Proposal Is Most Advantageous To The Government.
