Description 1. The Barangay San Pedro, Through The Gop Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 90,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Installation Of Solar Street Lights. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay San Pedro Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Multi-purpose Hall Extension At Gawad Kalinga Elementary School. Supplies And Materials Are Required As On Or Before December 6, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
