The Barangay Pula, Pola, Oriental Mindoro, Through The Capital Outlay Supplemental Budget No.1 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱145,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Motorcycle With Side Car. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Pula Now Invites Bids For Purchase Of Motorcycle With Side Car. Goods Are Required Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years, From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Single Largest Competed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Process Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Indices. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders On September 12, 2024 To September 24, 2024 At The Barangay Pula Municipality Of Pola And Upon Payment In Cash Of Non-refundable Fee In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱500.00). It May Also Be Downloaded Free Of Charge From Website Of Philippine Electronic Procurement System (philgeps) And The Website Of Procuring Entity Provided That Bidders Shall Pay The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Of Documents Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids. 6. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Barangay Pula, Pola, Oriental Mindoro On Or Before September 24, 2024.
