Description 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Barangay Pilit, Sta. Fe, Leyte Through The 20% Development Fund Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Amount Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 330,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Multi-purpose Hall Phase 2, Barangay Pilit, Sta. Fe, Leyte (itb-2024-001). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Summary Of The Bidding Activities Is As Follows: Advertisement/posting Of Invitation To Bid: August 6, 2024 Issuance And Availability Of Bid Documents: August 7, 2024 Pre-bid Conference: August 14, 2024 Deadline For Submission And Opening Of Bids: August 26, 2024; 10:00 Am 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
